Refunds & purchase issues

We want you to feel confident buying an eSIM. Here’s how refunds work:


How to request a refund

  1. Go to My eSIMs on our website.
  2. Find the eSIM you’d like to refund.
  3. If the eSIM has not been activated, you’ll see a Refund button.
  4. Click Refund and confirm. The amount will be returned to your original payment method.

Important notes

  • Refunds are only possible if the eSIM has not been activated.
  • Once an eSIM has been installed/activated on your device, it is no longer refundable.
  • If you’re unsure whether your device supports eSIMs, use Resources → Does my device support eSIMs? before purchasing.
